miles of remote coastland || awesome underwater life
totally safe || tailored to each level

Guanacaste is, for many, the best area in Costa Rica for underwater fun and amazing viewing, because the weather here is great most of the year and the beaches and wildlife are breathtaking.

Scuba diving in Guanacaste is superb as the water conditions here are near perfect most of the year. Memo knows where to take you among the miles and miles of remote coastline,so you do not have to worry about overcrowded diving zones.

One of the best scuba diving zones has to be the Playa del Coco, in the north of Nicoya Península, where divers will be amazed by a plethora of marine life to enjoy. Manta rays, sharks, whales, dolphins, turtles, eels, and schools of vibrant tropical fish can be seen swimming here every day.

For an even greater variety of aquatic life, let’s head out to Isla Catalina and Isla Murciélagos. Cortez angelfish, parrotfish, clown shrimp, spotted eagle rays, hogfish and bull sharks are some of the many marine dwellers here.

Other great locations include Playa Hermosa, Playa Ocotal, Playa Flamingo and Tamarindo or the gentle white sandy beach of Playa Samara.

According to your level, from very beginners to experienced divers, Memo will advise on the ideal places to go, will take care of all the details and then take you out for the swim of a lifetime, always looking out for your safety, so that all you have to do is enjoy and marvel at the beauty of the underwater world!
